You must run your hand o’er your horse.

How else would you find something strange?

Take your gloves and your brushes, and from them divorce,

You must run your hand o’er your horse.

Catching ills early may save the life of your horse,

When you notice lumps, bumps, or such change.

You must run your hand o’er your horse.

If you don't, more money with vets you’ll exchange.
